Review: Top Shelf Products from Delta Extrax

A quick look around the site makes it clear that I’m a huge fan of CBD and Delta 8 products and as such, I’ve tried quite a few different brands, strains, delivery methods, strengths, and flavors. While I’m no expert, I love sharing details when I find a company with a great line of products and I found a new-to-me company that definitely fits the bill.

Delta Extrax

Now, in all transparency, they sent me several products in exchange for review consideration with the understanding that if I didn’t like it, there wouldn’t be a review. Well, as you can see, I’m doing a review. LOL.

They have tinctures, topicals, edibles, disposable pens, vape juice, and cartridges in a variety of strains and flavors. While I’ve only tried some of the cartridges and pens, if their other products are as good as these, you’re virtually assured to enjoy them.

A lot of people turn to CBD for insomnia, anxiety, and a few other ailments and there’s promising research on additional benefits. However, it’s the pain-reducing qualities that have made me a huge fan. For the past few months, Delta-8 products have been my absolute favorite because they seems to help with pain even more than regular CBD.

DeltaExtrax wanted me to try something new.

THC-0

First up was a disposable pen with an indica strain of Berry Gelato with premium Delta-8 enriched with THC-0. I’d heard about THC-O and I have to say, this is a really smooth smoke and tastes really nice. Some products can be rather harsh and take a bit to get used to but this combination is a really nice mix of smoothness and taste, and the pain-alleviating benefits are spot on.

Now, one thing I learned on this is that THC-O, or Tetrahydrocannabinol, is a non-natural cannabinoid and is not derived from hemp like CBD, CBG, and CBN are. THC-O is made by first extracting Delta-8 THC from hemp and then combining acetic anhydride with Delta-8 molecules.

While there hasn’t been much research on THC-O, as a chronic pain sufferer, I can attest to the benefits.

Delta-10

This is another product I had yet to try but I figured that if Delta-8 worked so well for me, Delta-10 may work a little better. So, I was pretty excited when I saw that they had sent me a cartridge of Hawaiian Haze from their Euphorica collection. First off, this is one of the best-tasting cartridges I’ve ever had. It’s definitely appropriately named as it’s like… well, I don’t know how to describe it.. there’s hints of pineapple and I guess the closest description would be a pinã colada.

Delta-10 THC is a cannabinoid that is extracted from hemp but contrary to what you may think, just because it’s a higher number doesn’t necessarily mean that it’s more potent than Delta-8. In fact, while it did help reduce my pain, I have to say that the Delta-8 edges ahead in that department.

However, if you’re looking for a milder option for possible help with increasing appetite or reducing depression or anxiety, the Hawaiian Haze is a great place to start.

The Triple Treat

I saved the best for last – the live resin Berry White with the combo of all the above. This plus-sized cartridge (1500mg) that they sent me was not only long-lasting, it has Delta-8 + Delta-10 + THC-O and tastes absolutely fantastic.

The vape is really smooth and I genuinely loved the effects. This triple combo seems to mesh together really well and I only need 3 or 4 hits to get some relief in my back and foot.

For overall taste – Hawaiian Haze & Berry Gelato

For multi-spectrum benefits – Berry White

I definitely like them all and since I enjoyed the taste and effects so much, I can recommend them with confidence.
