Step 1:

First things first, just like all other applications, search zoom on google, or you can directly use the URL  https://zoom.us/.

 

Step 2:

The next step is to choose the sign-in option. Make sure zoom software is installed on the device you are using. 

 

Step 3: 

At the top, click on Host a Meeting. As soon as you click that, the installation will start. 

 

Step 4:

As the application is downloaded, choose sign in. Enter your email ID along with the password. If you don’t want to sign in using your Gmail account, you can sign in with your Facebook account as well. 

 

Step 5: 

Click on the download arrow. And select start the video. 

 

Step 6:

Click on the new meeting. Also, you can meet accordingly. If you want a video call, you must allow zoom to access the camera and the microphone. 

 

Step 7:

Once the meeting is on, select the option invite. A new window opens showing several methods you can use to invite your guests. Choose any and click at the bottom option invite.
