Steel Series Releases DOTA 2 Gear!

The well known gaming tech company Steel Series has teamed up with Valve to put out a brand new gaming headset. The bright red Siberia v2 Illuminated Headset is not only designed to give you a great gaming experience with sound and comfort, but comes with an in game item as well. The lightweight and overhead suspension will allow you to game comfortably for hours while showing off your new Siberia v2 exclusive Scythe of Vyse for Nature’s Prophet. It’s pretty sweet that you can make your DOTA 2 hero look awesome while you do, too.

The sound works of the headset are fully customizable using a sound management sweet that comes with the headphones. You can set exactly what you want to hear while gaming, as well as how loud to hear it. That’s not all you can customize on these limited edition DOTA 2 headphones though. The outer mesh of the headphones houses super bright LED lights that glow as you game. You can set up their pattern to fit your liking based on, “specific profiles through the SteelSeries Engine, including: Active Mode (responsive pulsing to sound effects, music, and/or voice), Slow Pulse, Fast Pulse, High Bright, Low Bright and Off.” The microphone also features noise canceling technology, to keep your teamwork up at its peak throughout the game.

Steel series is also putting out a special DOTA 2 pair of gaming mouse pads. Each one is a top of the line QcK+ mousepad with gorgeous art from the game. You can get these pads with either Tiny or Vengeful Spirit. There is no reason you can’t have awesome looking gear that’s also top of the line.
