Netflix July New Releases: What To Watch
Netflix, the glorious source of all of our joy and entertainment, continues to add more shows and movies than we could ever hope to watch in just one lifetime. This month is no different. July promises everything from guilty pleasures to cult classics critical masterpieces. Some nerdy highlights this month include two more Star Trek films, one and six, and another season of Continuum. There’s a bit of nostalgia coming soon with Honey I Shrunk the Kids and the first two seasons of Animorphs. Also fans will be happy to see season two of the over-the-top horror/drama Hemlock Grove. Karate fanatics can wax on and wax off once again to the first three Karate Kid movies. Fans of classic Lindsay Lohan will be happy to see both The Parent Trap and Mean Girls making an appearance. Perhaps the most notable addition is Knights of Sidonia, Netflix’s first exclusive anime. You can check out more details on that here. Finally, aspiring film buffs should check out classics like Philadelphia, 12 Angry Men, and Patton. All in all it’s another great summer month to spend cooped up in your room binge watching on Netflix.
