Tech startup launches mobile platform with voice AI features and plans for a comprehensive property ecosystem

A Dubai-based real estate tech company has entered the mobile app space with an ambitious vision to revolutionize how property professionals conduct business globally.

The article on Reuters explains how Knocknock's newly launched application, available on both major mobile platforms, represents the first phase in creating a comprehensive digital ecosystem for the real estate industry.

Co-founded by tech entrepreneurs Igor Karpikov and Vladimir Saraniuk, the application differentiates itself through a clean mobile interface designed specifically for real estate agents' workflow. Key features include streamlined property listing management, presentation creation tools, and an internal marketplace for agent collaboration.

What truly sets the platform apart technologically is its implementation of voice-activated artificial intelligence. This feature allows agents to create property listings through voice commands, significantly reducing data entry time and administrative overhead—a pain point many real estate professionals face daily.

“We're essentially building the infrastructure for a complete reinvention of how real estate transactions happen,” Knocknock CEO Igor Karpikov told Reuters. “This initial app release focuses on empowering agents with next-generation tools, but our roadmap extends much further.”

The company's 18-month development plan reveals ambitious goals to expand the platform's capabilities to include all stakeholders in property transactions—buyers, sellers, tenants, landlords, developers, and even service providers like contractors and interior designers. This comprehensive approach mirrors successful tech platforms like Uber that unified fragmented industries under single digital ecosystems.

Knocknock has already demonstrated its AI capabilities through a micro-product launched in December 2024 called Realty Slides, which generates property presentations via WhatsApp using artificial intelligence. This product serves as both a standalone tool and a preview of the AI integration central to Knocknock's technological approach.

The startup has gained significant international traction, with its existing platform serving over 9,000 real estate professionals across 118 countries—impressive reach for a relatively young company. This global adoption suggests the real estate industry's readiness for technological transformation similar to what has occurred in transportation, finance, and retail sectors.

Tech-savvy real estate professionals can download the Knocknock app from the App Store and Google Play. The company's forward-looking vision positions it as a potential disruptor in the traditionally slow-to-innovate real estate technology space.
