COVID-19 and Idris Elba

Covid-19 affects everyone in some form or fashion. Yes, the disease has touched celebrities, policities, supply chains, and economies. The latest well-known individual to get affected by COVID-19 is Idris Elba.

Idris Elba took to Twitter recently and announced that he’s tested positive for COVID-19. The actor notes that he will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.

That’s right, no symptoms at all. Yet, he still tested positive for the coronavirus.

Idris Elba didn’t have any symptoms.

That is why medical professional advises you to stay home, wash your hands, and self-quarantine. Stepping outside for no reason can harm others inadvertently. 

Why Did Elba Get Tested?

Elba found out that he was in touch with others who did have the coronavirus. When he realized that he had been exposed, he did the right thing, quarantined, and got tested.

The actor states that he feels fine and that it is serious. He also advises people to think about social distancing and paying attention to the disease.

Of course, Elba isn’t the only famous actor that has been affected. Tom Hanks is in Australia with his wife, and they both are in self-quarantine.
